We understand that timing matters. For standard appointments, we typically schedule within 24-48 hours. For urgent needs, same-day and after-hours appointments are often available. We coordinate directly with you to ensure we arrive exactly when you need us, without the stress of last-minute changes.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

Yes. For documents that require witnesses in addition to notarization — such as wills, healthcare directives, living wills, and certain powers of attorney — Trusted Signers can arrange qualified, impartial witnesses to be present at your appointment. We ensure full compliance with Florida witnessing requirements, including proper identification and documentation of all witnesses. Simply let us know when scheduling your appointment if witnesses will be needed, and we'll coordinate everything seamlessly. Additional witness fees apply and will be quoted upfront.
